Group Tour Request


We are currently accepting requests for the SUMMER AND FALL 2014 SEMESTER ONLY.

Please completely fill out the form below so that your request can be properly processed. To insure a quality tour, groups can be no larger than 50 students. At this time, we are accepting requests for times and dates that you are interested in for Summer and Fall 2014. Once we receive your request we will contact you in the order that your request was received. An email will be sent to you with further instructions at that time.

A VALID EMAIL MUST BE PROVIDED.


Note: Group tours are approximately 1.5 - 2 hours in length. Also, preference will be given to high school level (Freshman - Senior) students first. Once all of those requests have been filled, other groups will be accommodated in the order in which their requests were received.

Please note that once an available date and time is agreed upon, you will be sent an information sheet that must be completed and submitted at least one week prior to your tour in order for the date and time to be confirmed.

In order for the information sheet to be considered complete, a minimum of each students first name, last name, year of student, zip code and a valid email address is required. This information is required of any student who registers for any on campus event hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Students will be sent an email from our office which will contain a link at the bottom to opt out of future emails if they choose.

If your group is requesting to have lunch provided, please enter that request on the survey form in the comments section. Please note that lunch vouchers will be provided on an availability basis. (No lunches can be provided during the summer months.)

The tour is approximately an hour and a half to two hours in length. The student Ambassador leading the tour will give the group detailed information about each of the academic buildings, the residence halls (a room is unfortunately unable to be shown on these tours), university facilities (recreation center, library, etc.), and additional opportunities the university offers (academic advising, athletics, organizations, etc.). Students will unfortunately not be able to sit in on any classes, however they will be shown a lecture hall and what a typical classroom at the university looks like. Currently we are not able to offer presentations before tours, however the same information is given out during the tour by our Student Ambassadors.
