We also invite the possibility of sessions or demonstrations that might be conducted from remote locations through close-circuit television, the Internet, or Virtual World. If you have alternative ways to share your ideas and work, please do not hesitate to propose them.
We will schedule a series of one-hour concurrent sessions for presentations, workshops, discussions, etc. Posters and other static media accepted for the Showcase will be on display throughout the day. Please feel free to suggest how your work will be timed, displayed, executed, etc. However, we are unable to accommodate sessions longer than 50 minutes.
We invite you to submit a brief proposal by January 31, 2013. You are welcome to propose presentations that involve collaborations. You will receive a response to your proposal no later than March 8, 2013.
